Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service support through inbound and outbound calls and online interactions
  • Resolving routine problems and questions regarding our products and services
  • Working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and adapting to changing priorities
  • Utilizing strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge to efficiently resolve customer issues
  • Collaborating with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and software applications
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
