Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Remote Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in helping individuals and families navigate their life insurance, health, and Medicare needs. With our proven sales process and agency building system, you'll have the tools and support necessary to succeed in this commission-only, 1099 position.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with clients who are requesting insurance coverage via text or phone
• Meet with clients virtually to present their insurance options and provide personalized guidance
• Utilize our proven sales process and agency building system to drive sales and grow your client base
• Develop a deep understanding of our insurance products and services, including eligibility requirements
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Leverage our cutting-edge tools and technology to manage and expand client relationships
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients and team members alike

Essential Qualifications

• Life and/or Health Insurance Producer License, or the ability to obtain one quickly
• Excellent people and communication skills, with a strong "likeability" factor
• Entrepreneurial attitude and team player mentality
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented individual
• Great listener who is teachable and open to feedback
• High School Diploma required; live in the U.S. with reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, insurance, or a related field
• Licensed Property & Casualty agents looking to transition to or add Life & Health lines
• Interest in pursuing a Series 65 license to become a full Financial Advisor
