Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of agents to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and increase revenue.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of agents to achieve their sales targets, provide guidance, and support their professional development.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our insurance and financial products.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize our state-of-the-art lead generation system to identify new business opportunities, and work with our agents to convert leads into sales.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications
