Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Call Center Agent - Solar Energy Sales & Lead Qualification, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling Inbound Leads: Respond to incoming leads, answer questions, and provide information about solar energy benefits.
  • Educating Customers: Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and increased property value.
  • Qualifying Leads: Qualify leads by collecting project information, such as utility bills, energy usage, and roof orientation.
  • Pre-Selling Solar Options: Pre-sell solar options to customers, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of EnergyPal's solutions.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven Phone Sales Experience: A proven track record of successful phone sales results, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and on-phone etiquette skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills, with experience using call center or CRM software.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-started, motivated, and organized, with a strong work ethic.
  • Reliable Home Office Setup: A reliable high-speed internet connection and home computer with a call center headset.
  • Education: College or university education preferred.
