Job Summary
As the face of our customer, you'll be interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs. You'll be the professional in the airport who crafts meaningful connections, encourages a welcoming environment, and ensures that every customer feels valued, respected, and supported. Your duties will include:
- Interacting with Customers: Interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner is key to crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and retention.
- Problem-Solving: Stepping up and addressing customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even when we've inconvenienced a customer.
- Safety and Security: Working every day with a safety mentality by ensuring we maintain ourselves and each other to the highest standards.
- Collaboration: Running collaboratively with others, assisting your colleagues, and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Physical Ability: Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
- Airport Requirements: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Attendance and Uniform Standards: Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
