Job Overview

In this key role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for blithequark customers, including advisors, clients, and relationship partners. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts, and addressing higher-level problems over the phone. You will work under the guidance of a Customer Service Manager and be expected to maintain a results-driven approach with a growth mindset. Your start date will be 11/18/2024, and you will be working primarily from home, with occasional travel to one of our office locations for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone
  • Ensure that all relevant information is gathered and entered to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
  • Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services and facilitate efficient self-service
  • Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers and refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolve conflicts, and maintain a results-driven approach with a growth mindset
  • Work closely with coaches to process requests and receive guidance on a frequent basis

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
  • Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a hourly pay rate of $23.00 - $30.76, depending on the job level and your geographic work location. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
