Job Summary

As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in handling customer inquiries and providing effective solutions to various questions, issues, and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include connecting with customers over the phone to assist them with filing claims, setting up vehicle repairs, and communicating with medical providers and law offices. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment where no two days are the same, allowing you to grow and discover your potential.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with customers via phone to file and document claims for accidents

  • Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
  • Communicate with medical providers, law offices, and insurance providers
  • Resolve and de-escalate customer issues calmly
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Essential Qualifications

* Active Adjuster Insurance License

  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient typing skills (minimum 25 wpm)
  • Familiarity with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent logical problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Clean and quiet workspace for remote work
