Key Responsibilities

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential and preferred qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote environment
