Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer service to patients via phone, email, and web-based interactions
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
- Proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions and concerns
- Taking ownership of every issue, from start to finish, or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff as needed for clinical advisement
- Delivering best-in-class service experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Assisting customers with insurance and copay inquiries, as well as shipping needs
- Providing technical support to customers navigating pharmacy.amazon.com
- Serving customers in a timely manner to maximize our relationship with them
- Understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers
- Maintaining adherence to blithequark's Work From Home policy, promoting customer privacy and safety
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
- At least 6 months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
- Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills
- A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
- Experience working in a healthcare environment (desired)
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we welcome candidates with:
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience working in a healthcare environment
- Experience with Amazon Pharmacy or similar healthcare platforms
