The Role
As a Part Time Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, via email, or in person
- Listening to customers' needs and concerns, and working together to find the best possible solutions
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

- Ability to maintain accurate records and data
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
