Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering teamwork, and driving innovation in our virtual workplace. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Embodying our Core Values and Mission Statement: You'll be an ambassador for blithequark's culture, living out our values and mission in every interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Fostering Teamwork: Collaborate with and support your teammates with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring seamless communication and a cohesive team effort.
  • Surprising and Delighting Clients: Innovate and implement new ways to surprise and delight our customers, ensuring that every interaction is a memorable one.
  • Responding to Client Requests and Questions: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Managing Flight Changes and Seat Assignments: Efficiently manage flight changes, seat assignments, and other travel-related details to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Concierge-Related Details: Assist with arranging spa, touring, and dinner reservations, as well as notifying hotels of client preferences in a timely manner.
  • Corresponding with Clients: Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and provide travel tips and advice.
  • Preparing Client Documents and Travel Tips: Prepare and distribute client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, to ensure customers are well-prepared for their trips.
  • Updating Daily Activity, Reporting, and Status: Update our cloud-based CRM with daily activity, reporting, and status to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Setting Schedules and Managing Time: Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Managing Client Profiles and Bookings: Manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Serving as Backup Travel Support: Serve as backup travel support and main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, providing timely and effective support to customers.
