Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages commonly spoken in the UK
  • Experience working in a team-based environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
