As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be instrumental in shaping the customer experience and ensuring that our users receive the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Mastery and Support: Learn our software product inside out and provide top-notch support to our customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help Center Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining our help center documentation, ensuring that it's comprehensive, up-to-date, and easily accessible to our users.
  • Product Testing and Feedback: Test our product, identify any issues, and report them to the development team, providing valuable feedback to enhance the overall user experience.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluent English: Native-like English proficiency is crucial, as you'll be communicating with customers and creating documentation in English.
  • Familiarity with Software Products and Online Course Platforms: Experience with software products, web hosting services, or online course platforms is highly desirable, as it will enable you to understand our product and provide effective support.
  • Basic Understanding of DNS: Knowledge of DNS concepts, particularly setting up DNS records (CNAME and CAA), is a significant plus, as it will help you troubleshoot issues and provide better support.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a monthly salary of $300 USD (negotiable). As a full-time freelancer, you'll have the flexibility to work on your own schedule, with the option to take 20 days of leave per year. You'll be paid via wire transfer or Upwork Direct contracts, and you'll have the freedom to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you're available during our busiest periods (December 22nd to January's first week and mid-July to mid-August).
