Key Responsibilities

• Lead Task Groups of Experts and various stakeholders to address and resolve concerns related to workforce activities in the field.
• Perform data gathering tasks, integration, and develop solutions, project/process planning, and data utilization to drive business outcomes.
• Generate reports for teams and leadership to review and use, and convey presentations to groups and executive leaders and sponsors.
• Build skills and knowledge including self-improvement, team knowledge, and client (internal) information to stay ahead of the curve.
• Direct and guide a work bunch, assigning and reviewing work, training, and contributing to performance analysis.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a field of study connected to the job, or equivalent experience.
• Strong quantitative abilities, including statistics and data analysis.
• Experience driving high-performing teams and consulting management and/or project management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong tasks, retail, and/or field knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

• 3 years of work experience in a related field.
• Store insight and/or ASDS experience.
