Our versatile team boasts unique expertise across enterprise technology platforms and business processes. As a key member of the Enterprise Solutions Fulfillment Initiatives team, you will help lead the charge in simplifying the ERP landscape, transforming with Cloud-native technology and operationalizing AI within our systems. In this role you will lead projects related to digital transformation of the Heavy Duty New Units (HDNU) processes/applications across ERP platforms including but not limited to SAP PowerMax.Job DescriptionWhat you'll do Proactively and holistically lead, consult and/or oversee multiple engagements across the Power Enterprise Solutions IT organization in response to disruptive trends and execution of change toward the desired business vision and outcomesInterface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes/sub-processes, data sources, data models, systems, and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model within application framework.Act as the subject matter expert for Heavy Duty New Units ERP processes and supporting applications functionality. Gather requirements and collaborate with functional partners for prioritizations to drive the business outcome.Ensure compliance with all application policies including HPA, security and code reviews across all applications and platforms within scope.Collaborate cross-functionally, working with a variety of teams to identify and prioritize ways in which the product can support our internal processes, and our business users in more efficient and effective ways. Maintain relationships with key business users.Demonstrate ability to influence functional and development partners through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills.Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, including Agentic and Generative AI, industry and market trends to assist in project development for the Enterprise Solutions team.Organize project teams comprising from internal and external technical and functional experts. Manage program execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams.Provide active participation in lean improvements across the whole landscape and balance execution of requirements with landscape simplification.What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience or knowledge.Significant technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas.What will make you stand outPassion for solving business problems using ERP and a passion for emerging technologies such as AI. Innovates and integrates new processes and/or technology to significantly add value to GE Vernova. Proactively learns new solutions and processes to address seemingly unanswerable problems.Ability to understand, process, and interpret data to extract insights and communicate findings effectively to support business decisions.Experience with ERP processes in a manufacturing environment and an understanding of ERP integrations with other satellite systems.Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization.
