The Role
As a Customer Service Tech Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and assistance via telephone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound technical support assistance for electronic lockboxes and access keys via telephone
- Multi-tasking tools and screens to perform technical support assistance in an efficient and effective manner
- Maintaining courteous and professional communication with end-users
- Determining call resolution and documenting calls appropriately
- Applying established customer satisfaction skills to resolve issues with end-users, providing a positive customer service experience
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent telephone skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and/or weekends
