Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish or Creole)

  • Experience working in a health and wellness industry
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Technical Equipment Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure experience for our clients, we require the following technical equipment:

  • Laptop or desktop computer with Windows 11
  • At least 8GB of RAM and a CPU speed of 1.67 GHz or higher
  • Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
  • USB headset
  • Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps download
  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions

Training and Onboarding

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll undergo a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in this role. Our training program includes:

  • 10 initial days of training (9AM to 6PM) to cover our policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Regular check-ins and feedback to ensure your success in the role
