The Role

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in the healthcare industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound calls from healthcare clients, providing accurate and empathetic support to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Utilizing online reference materials and technical systems to provide confident, accurate, and efficient information to clients
  • Documenting details of conversations and using scripts and other resources to guide conversations
  • Meeting department quality assurance standards and metrics, including resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Educating and answering questions from clients, providing the most up-to-date information about our programs and services
  • Following protocol and applying sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Maintaining a reliable private internet connection, with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Must-Haves:

+ Minimum High School Diploma or GED + Healthcare-related certification (e.g. CNA, LPN, RN) + Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative + Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite + Strong internet connection due to the remote nature of this role + Ability to pass language knowledge assessment

Nice-to-Haves:

+ Bilingual in Spanish + Previous government clearance
