The Role

As a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will be the face of our brand, providing timely and effective support to customers via live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to:

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Proficiency in using a variety of computer applications, including live chat software and customer relationship management tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our global customer base
