Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Familiarity with home improvement products and services, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
