Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a key liaison between our clients and organization, you'll manage and interact directly with clients, oversee content development for their social channels, and drive growth through social media strategy and SaaS expertise. Key Responsibilities

Customer Account Management

* Serve as the primary strategic liaison and day-to-day contact for executives, ensuring successful onboarding and continual engagement * Identify expansion opportunities, ensure renewals, and advocate for customers throughout their lifecycle * Coordinate customer meetings, Content Strategy Workshops, and Strategic Business Reviews * Understand customer outcomes by analyzing performance metrics, communicating industry trends, and providing input on core product, marketing, and sales processes * Represent the voice of the customer to drive successful outcomes and reinforce value throughout the customer journey * Own and manage customer health using established metrics and KPIs

Technical Acumen & Product Knowledge

* Possess working knowledge of social media platforms, focusing on LinkedIn, executive thought leadership, and best practices for growing an audience * Act as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert to clients, ensuring they get the most value from our platform * Educate clients on best practices related to social media and usage of our technology * Identify opportunities for product improvement and client growth by monitoring analytics, benchmarks, and social media industry changes and trends

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

* Experience in a client-facing role at a SaaS company, agency, or technology company (preferred) * Strong professional written and verbal communication skills in English * Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with exceptional time management skills and reliability * Project management experience and cross-departmental working relationships

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube * Understanding of social media analytics and paid media (preferred) * Familiarity with SaaS technology and social media apps
