Senior Full stack .NET Developer

Currently, we are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer for our client. It’s a direct hire position, but there is a paid trial period of 3–6 months before signing the contract directly with the client.

You should have a strong background in .NET and modern Front-end frameworks (Vue.js or React.js). The ideal candidate will bring both breadth and depth of experience, with the flexibility to balance 50/50 Front-end and Back-end responsibilities, while maintaining a slight Back-end focus.

Location / Time Zone: LATAM, Canada, or US time zones.

The rate depends on your seniority level, skills, location and experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial experience in software development.

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in front-end development.

• 4.5+ years of experience with .NET and ASP.NET Core, ideally combined with additional back-end technologies.

• 3+ years of experience with Vue.js or React.js.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript is required.

• Architecture: Familiarity with Cloud Architecture and scalable system design.

• Expertise with Cypress, Playwright, Mocha, NUnit, and Puppeteer.js is a huge benefit.

• Strong technical skills: as a Senior Developer, you are expected to be able to create projects from scratch and have a deep understanding of application architecture.

• Clear and effective communication in English — advanced ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues. Strong self-presentation skills are also essential for upcoming client calls.

• Strong self-organizational skills — ability to work full-time remotely without supervision.

• Reliability — we want to trust you and expect that you won’t let us or the client down.

• Adaptability and flexibility — the ability to onboard the project quickly after accepting it and start delivering results promptly.
