Role Overview

• Location: Remote (work from anywhere)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage third-party logistics provider metrics to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, service, efficiency, and delivery to specifications
• Review and update warehouse operational processes to enhance operational accuracy, efficiency, and cost containment
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse performance and increase logistics operations efficiency
• Build consensus and drive alignment amongst key stakeholders to support supply chain and logistics initiatives
• Inspect facilities to ensure adherence to safety and operating policies
• Support inventory control functions to meet requirements and drive business growth
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to evaluate and enhance IT, hardware, and network infrastructure

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of warehouse supervisory/management experience in a high-volume, complex supply chain environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvements through data analysis and action planning
• Understanding of supply chain financials, dynamics, and continuous improvement concepts
