Job Summary

As a Bilingual Remote Customer Account Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers. You will be responsible for resolving complex account questions, providing personalized support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to work from home, utilize your creative problem-solving skills, and make a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers via phone, email, and online chat communications

  • Resolve complex account questions, provide personalized support, and ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide informed support to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bilingual Spanish/English verbal and written communication skills

  • Prior customer service experience, 2 years preferred
  • Ability to work from home with focus space and limited distractions
  • High-speed Internet service required
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Confidence to take empowerment and make decisions for customer solutions
  • Willingness to pursue continual improvement, adapt in a changing environment, and exceed customer expectations
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Detail-oriented service
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills
  • Ability to offer comparable alternatives
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems, including MS Office, internet, and internal programs
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred); high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (required)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote contact center environment

  • Familiarity with MS Office, internet, and internal programs
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a vacation or travel industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
