Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Customer Success Manager Lead, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring clients achieve maximum value from our sustainability software through expert guidance, ongoing support, and strategic planning.
- Managing customer success programs, driving adoption, and value realization across a portfolio of clients.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Leading and supporting a team of Customer Success Associates and Coordinators in the Americas region, fostering a culture of teamwork, quality, growth, and excellence.
- Owning the implementation success of large customers, helping them achieve their goals and objectives.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success Management (CSM) in a SaaS organization, with a proven track record of success.
- 3-5 years of experience managing complex customer engagements, with a strong focus on relationship-building and value realization.
- 3-5 years of Program and Project Management experience, with expertise in developing and implementing tailored solutions.
- A strong ability to build relationships, especially with strategic customers, and ask the right questions to understand their underlying needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.
- Extremely organized, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects across various customers and stakeholders.
