Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely information in response to their inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner, offering solutions and alternatives that meet their needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our proprietary software
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes and perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide informed and helpful responses to customer inquiries

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A four-year degree in a related field (such as business, communications, or customer service)
  • Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Experience in customer service or a related field (at least two years)
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
  • Familiarity with office software and computer systems
  • Ability to handle cash transactions (desirable)
