Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst – Strategic Planning and Operational Excellence

Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data to inform strategic planning and operational excellence in our Pharmacy and Retail Operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop business cases, and implement solutions that drive value and growth. Key Responsibilities:

* Collect, summarize, and analyze data to inform strategic planning and operational excellence in Pharmacy and Retail Operations

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise techniques and practices concerning all aspects of Pharmacy and Retail Operations
• Provide complex analysis of corresponding data to build business cases for device and operational method changes, enhancements, and improvements
• Serve as an operational liaison for various initiatives to drive challenge execution and communicate relevant challenge records to stakeholders
• Collect, analyze, make unique recommendations, and provide records pertaining to proposed applications to satisfy the business and strategic dreams of Pharmacy and Retail Operations and the Company
• Manage complex ad-hoc initiatives and analyses as needed
• Plan, design, and deploy suitable reviews and tools
• Collaborate with Pharmacy and Retail Operations, IT, legal and regulatory, method improvement teams, and others to expand operational solutions
• Coach, mentor, guide, and provide oversight to less senior Business Analysts

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

• At least 1 year of experience with reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive development of consequences and find solutions
• At least 1 year of experience querying databases (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server)
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and enforcing methods to solve problems and challenges
• Experience communicating the impact of business analysis results on business leaders
• Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., placing headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables, and/or adjusting table columns)
• Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using the SUM function, placing borders, placing column width, placing charts, using text wrap, sorting, placing headers and footers, and/or print scaling)
• Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., using a template, formatting individual spacing, placing a picture, converting slide format and theme colors, including transitions, customizing slide numbers, converting chart format, and/or formatting font)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's Degree or MBA

• Retail Pharmacy Experience
