Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our Caremark Member Operations division, serving millions of plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. With a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work from home, you'll have the freedom to balance your priorities and excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience

  • Take inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
  • Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
  • Offer personalized support, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience
