Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Professionally answering calls and addressing caller inquiries as needed, routing calls to the appropriate resource when necessary

- Identifying and escalating more complex issues to the research team
- Completing necessary administrative work as needed and accurately completing call logs
- Participating in other projects as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications
