Key Responsibilities

As a Home-Based Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You'll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Apple products, educate customers about Apple services and product use, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. You'll also collaborate with team members to achieve better results, gather and log customer feedback to assist in product improvement, and stay up-to-date with new products, services, and policy changes.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus

  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Strong familiarity with Apple products and operating systems
