Job Summary

As a Bilingual Spanish Part-Time Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers, crafting acceptable solutions to address their needs, and providing product knowledge and answering specialized support questions in both Spanish and English. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

* Take incoming calls from customers and provide exceptional support in both Spanish and English

  • Craft acceptable solutions to address customer needs and concerns
  • Provide product knowledge and answer specialized support questions in both Spanish and English

Minimum Qualifications

* Fluency in both Spanish and English (verified during the interview process)

  • Friendly and caring tone, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly, approachable manner
  • Knowledgeable care for various customer needs, with a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Ability to display empathy in adverse environments, with composure in challenging situations
  • Efficiency in navigation, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems with speed and accuracy
  • Typing and language skills, with a normal typing speed and strong spelling and grammar skills for professional written communication

* Previous customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional support

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Bilingual Spanish Part-Time Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll receive:

Scheduling Requirements

As a Bilingual Spanish Part-Time Customer Service Agent, you'll be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs and preferences. You'll be expected to work at least four days a week, with one of those days being a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). You may be scheduled to work holidays, and you'll be required to provide at least 20 hours of availability per week.

Technical Requirements

To work from home, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Computer specifications: Windows 10 or 118GB of RAM/memory or higher, with a CPU benchmark score of 2,000 or higher
  • Additional hardware: Webcam (external or built-in), USB headset (wired)
  • Internet speeds: Ping under 100, 10mb download, 5mb upload
  • No MAC Operating Systems, mobile hot-spot, tethering, satellite Internet, or similar devices allowed
  • No Proxy server or third-party network
  • No computer stick or similar device
  • No rental, rent-to-own, or public computer/laptop
  • No working in a public place or using public Internet
  • No unsecure Wi-Fi / Wi-Fi not managed by the Team Member
  • No running non-work-related programs while working
