Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Intelligent Tech Exceptional Ventures group, you'll play a critical role in developing and delivering a groundbreaking new tool that will revolutionize the way we engage with customers and drive sales. Key Responsibilities
As a Content & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that drives customer engagement and sales
- Creating high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience
- Developing and maintaining a style guide, content library, and analytics dashboard to track performance and inform future content decisions
- Participating in fast prototyping and testing to ensure seamless user experiences
- Working closely with IT and Product Management teams to integrate content with our cloud-based applications and drive business outcomes
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, English)
- 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners, with a strong understanding of geo-specific markets
- Proven expertise in content streamlining through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales
- In-depth knowledge of Apple products, features, and applications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex metrics into actionable content strategies
- Experience with customer experience management tools, such as Adobe Experience Director
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity, values, and trustworthiness
Preferred Qualifications
