Job Summary
As a Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading our team of experts in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse on our platform. You'll work closely with our Product Management and Engineering teams to develop and implement solutions that prevent abuse and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our users. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and software development will be crucial in driving our efforts to stay ahead of emerging threats and trends.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse on our platform
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to develop and implement solutions that prevent abuse and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our users
- Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to detect and prevent abuse
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas of improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to stay ahead of emerging threats and trends
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent abuse
- Develop and maintain relationships with key cross-functional partners to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and software development
- 2+ years of experience in leading teams and managing projects
- Strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and software development
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and web application development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with SQL, R, and/or Matlab
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
* Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics)
- 2+ years of experience in investigating large datasets and identifying inconsistencies
- Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse and machine learning
- Strong experience with cloud-based technologies and web application development
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Strong experience with data visualization tools and techniques
