Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and submitting tickets for review by our Help Desk technicians
  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating with customers as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service by emailing responses to customers and ensuring they receive timely updates on their issues
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status
  • Collaborating with the Help Desk team to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service, preferably in a technology company or busy online retailer
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
