What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing answers, and resolving issues with compassion and empathy. A Typical Day
* Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with your team to share knowledge and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
What You Bring to the Role
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer savvy with a strong understanding of technology
The Equipment You'll Need
* Internet speed > 15 Mbps (hardwired direct connection to your home router recommended)
- USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets not permitted)
- Smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.)
