Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency
- Monitoring WAN links for stability
- Monitoring routers, switches, and other network devices
- Provisioning IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and other network configurations
- Alert and log monitoring
- Preventative health checks
- Incident management
- Reporting
- Administering security and IAM
Training and Development
Selected applicants will receive comprehensive training on essential technical skills, including:
- Windows/Unix/Linux
- Active Directory
- Powershell and Bash
- Developer Tools
- Wireshark
- ServiceNow
- Network Appliances
- Load Balancers
- Routers/Switches
- Middleware, logs / alerts
- Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers
- Network Monitoring Systems
- Network Diagnostic Commands
- Incident management tools
- ITSL Processes & Tools
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you must:
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
- Have a passion for technology and a strong desire to learn technical skills
- Have great communication skills and experience working directly with customers and clients
- Be able to thrive in a remote learning environment
Preferred Qualifications
