Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Analytics, you will play a critical role in the execution, streamlining, and normalization of blithequark's expense and asset distribution models. You will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions, drive strategic initiatives, and optimize business processes. Key Responsibilities
* Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal teams and functional partners
- Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
- Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
- Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and emergency response
- Archive work processes related to key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
- Collaborate with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and execution of data set plans
- Develop critical analytical structures and write scripts that help us automate and enhance data analysis
- Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and creating compelling storytelling for executive audiences
- Support Planning and Delivery Activities with impromptu demands from our partners
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering
- Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
- Understanding of social data set plan and capability
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Proven self-starter with solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying abilities
- Successful collaboration and time management skills
- Ability to carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a step back and grasp the master plan
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with design delivery teams to examine technical ideas
- Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a technical field
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields
