Job Summary

As a Remote Payroll Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes. You will utilize multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter pre and post-sales information into multiple systems with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy in a timely manner
  • Initiate new service order requests, coordinate and track product/service installation process, and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Support and lead ad hoc projects generated by blithequark Sales Channels, and prepare reports as requested
  • Educate customers on blithequark products and services, and respond to questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Meet or exceed critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity
  • Draft routine client and customer correspondence, and direct calls to appropriate resources as needed
  • Complete special operational and client projects as assigned, and act as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in data entry and payroll processing
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Payroll or commission background, with experience in processing and managing payroll data
