Sourcer *REMOTE

We are excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer role with a focus on sourcing and pipelining activities. This role supports multiple teams within the organization and is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a strategic mindset to hiring. This is a virtual position that will begin as a 4 to 5 month contract with the potential to extend on a quarterly basis, up to 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals.
• Screen applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
• Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in the organization.

Essential Skills

• 6+ years of talent sourcing experience NOT looking for full lifecycle recruiters
• Proven experience in recruiting for a large technology company.
• Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles with the ability to develop strategies to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Scholar, Hugging Face, and other open-source communities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, and other sourcing tools, inclusive of creating sourcing strategies.
• Market analytics skills with the ability to understand the market for the roles they are hiring for and articulate this to recruiters, internal sponsors, and leadership.
• Ability to consistently deliver qualified, calibrated talent-with a target of at least 30 tech-screened candidates for volume pipelines or 15 deeply qualified candidates for more specialized, high-bar roles per month.
• Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

This role is 100% remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from any location. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
