About the Role: Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our Emergency Roadside Service department at blithequark. As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support and solutions to motorists in need. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding emergency roadside assistance, providing timely and effective solutions to customers.
  • Assess situations and dispatch tow trucks, locksmiths, or other necessary services as required, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Accurately record and manage customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system, maintaining high data quality and integrity.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
