Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist with blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer and account data into our systems. You will work independently, using your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of your work. Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inserting customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking output
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
  • Scanning documents and printing files, when needed
  • Ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, additional certification in Office Management is a plus. If you have experience working with cloud-based systems or have a background in data analysis, this would be an added advantage.
