Job Description
As a part-time Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information
- Liaising with the technical team to handle complex issues

Essential Qualifications:
* High school degree or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated
