Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, including issue resolution and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and improve customer experiences
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications
