Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of customer inquiries and concerns through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and complaints, provide accurate and timely information, and maintain records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information to customers

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer inquiries and concerns simultaneously (required)
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including CRM software (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively (required)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service (preferred)
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk (preferred)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality (preferred)
