Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or e-commerce environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or e-commerce environment

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Experience with technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
