Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing a variety of customer support-related duties, including:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
- Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

To be successful as an Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

- PC keyboarding and internet experience needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
