As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by:- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
- Upselling products and features while emphasizing their benefits
- Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience
- Providing information about current plans and products
- Identifying and positioning new solutions that align with customers' needs
- Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- A high-speed internet connection with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED
- A quiet, secured workspace
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
- The ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
- Schedule with open availability (evenings/weekends required)
