Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service and support to our members and customers. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to questions and concerns, and resolving issues related to prescription medication, health insurance, and other benefits. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you can develop your skills and knowledge, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to questions and concerns from members and customers

  • Provide accurate and timely information about prescription medication, health insurance, and other benefits
  • Resolve issues and concerns in a positive and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Partners degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to work in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare and insurance industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
