Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant on our remote team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Utilizing resources and tools provided to accurately address customer inquiries and provide solutions
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback to help improve the overall customer experience

  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
