Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information in our CRM system
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends

What You'll Bring:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple customer interactions and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM systems and customer service software a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Fluency in additional languages, such as Spanish, French, or Mandarin
